Adam remembers the
good times and the bad times he shared with his brother, Brian, during
their troubled childhood. Some of his childhood memories are still
crystal clear but others, like islands in a misty sea, had become hazy
with distance and distorted by the fog of emotion. Events which had
seemed significant to him might have been trivial to others, and even a
brother who experienced the same childhood events would have his
memories coloured by his own subjective viewpoint. Despite that,
perhaps Brian can help Adam to give some perspective on his past.
